< Edulink Global >('Sboard' hereafter referred to as 'Sboard') protects the personal information of information subjects in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" dated June 21, 2019, and resolves complaints related thereto. We establish and disclose the personal information processing policy as follows to process it quickly and smoothly:

Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information) “Sboard” processes personal information for the following purposes:

The personal information being processed will not be used for any purpose other than the following, and if the purpose of use is changed, necessary measures, such as obtaining separate consent, will be implemented:

1. “Sboard” membership registration and management
2. Personal information is processed for the purpose of confirming the intention to join as a member, identifying, and authenticating the person in accordance with the provision of membership service and preventing illegal use of the service
3. Handling civil complaints
4. We process personal information for the purpose of checking complaints.
5. Provision of goods or services
6. Personal information is processed for the purpose of providing services, providing content, providing customized services, and verifying identity.
7. Marketing and advertising use:

Development of new services (products) and provision of customized services, provision of event and advertisement information and participation opportunities, provision of services and advertisements according to demographic characteristics, verification of service validity, identification of access frequency or statistics on member service use, etc. We process personal information for this purpose.

Article 2 (Processing of Personal Information)

1. “Sboard” processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use of personal information in accordance with laws and regulations or the period of retention and use of personal information agreed upon when collecting personal information from the information subject.

Article 3 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

1. "Sboard" processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and only provides personal information to third parties when applicable, such as the consent of the information subject and special regulations of the law.

Article 5 (Rights and Duties of Information Subjects and Legal Representatives and Method of Exercising Them)

2. The exercise of the rights under Paragraph 1 can be applied to “Sboard” by e-mail, fax, etc., and “Sboard” will take action without delay.
3. The exercise of rights pursuant to Paragraph 1 may be applied through an agent such as the legal representative of the information subject or a person who has been delegated.
4. The right of the information subject may be restricted for requests to view and stop processing of personal information.
5. Request for correction and deletion of personal information cannot be requested if the personal information is specified as a collection target in other laws.
6. “Sboard” confirms whether the person who made the request, such as the request for reading, correction/deletion, or request for suspension of processing, is the person or a legitimate agent according to the rights of the information subject.

Article 6 (Creating Items of Personal Information to be Processed)

1. "Sboard" destroys the personal information without delay when the personal information becomes unnecessary, such as the elapse of the personal information retention period or achievement of the processing purpose.

If the personal information retention period agreed by the information subject has elapsed or the purpose of processing has been achieved, if it is necessary to continue to preserve the personal information in accordance with other laws, move the personal information to a separate database (DB), or change the storage location.

Article 11 (Standards for Judgment of Additional Use and Provision)

“Sboard” may additionally use and provide personal information without the consent of the information subject.

Accordingly, "Sboard" has considered the following to provide additional use and provision without the consent of the information subject:

• Whether the purpose of additional use or provision of personal information is related to the original purpose of collection
• Whether there is any predictability of additional use or provision in light of the circumstances in which personal information was collected or processing practices
• Whether the additional use or provision of personal information unreasonably infringes on the interests of the information subject
